Overview
When a staff member receives a punishment, it should be treated as an opportunity to learn and improve. Mistakes are part of development, and all staff are expected to reflect and correct their behaviour moving forward.Zero Tolerance Period (ZTP) Modifier
During a ZTP (Zero Tolerance Period), all punishments are automatically escalated by one level.- Example: A Written Warning becomes a Strike under ZTP rules.

- The staff team reserves the right to issue punishments for any behaviour not explicitly listed if it is deemed inappropriate or harmful to the community.
- Staff may be terminated or infracted at any time for serious violations of server or community guidelines.

Commands using only three letters after the prefix, such as::kick tas

“All” Commands
Any command targeting all users, including::pm all:bring all:load all:refresh all
Suspension Rules
While suspended, staff members must not act in any staff capacity. This includes:- Using staff rank in their username (e.g.
SMGR | Name) - Performing any moderation actions
- Interacting with players in a staff role
