Promotions are earnt based on performance, leadership, and more. Activity itself does not guarantee a promotion. Any form of hinting promotion will result in you not being promoted, and also receiving a additional punishment.General Requirements

- Minimal to no infractions.
- Demonstrated the ability to maintain professionalism and maturity in all situations.
- Follows punishment guides and has positive staff feedback.
