Overview
- If a staff member is less than one hour below their quota, it will not be considered a quota violation. A warning will be issued instead.
- Support Staff, Internal Affairs, and Management are required to meet two separate quotas.
- If only one of the required quotas is missed, the staff member will receive a warning for their first offense before progressing through the punishment guide.
- If both required quotas are missed during the same cycle, the punishment guide will begin at two strikes.
Offenses
- On your first offense, it will result in a strike. The strike will begin its expiration period once the staff member successfully meets their quota during the following quota cycle.
- On your second offense, you will receive a termination if you are below the rank of Senior Moderator. If you are a Senior Moderator or above, you will receive a demotion.
- On your third offense, you will receive a termination, regardless of your rank.
This document is confidential and is not to be leaked or shared with anyone outside of the Florida State Roleplay staff team. If you are caught sharing this, you will be subject to termination and/or a ban.
