# Reinstatement

## Overview

If you retire from the **Florida State Roleplay** staff team, you are eligible for reinstatement if:

* You have the **Retired Staff** role (Senior Moderator+, been staff for at least 1 month)
* You left on **good terms** with the team (i.e. not infracted a lot or terminated).
* You are not **blacklisted** from the staff team - if you are, you also **cannot** reapply.
* You retired at least **28 days** ago.

If you get reinstated, you will **NOT** be able to return as your previous rank. You will be placed with a **lower rank** (depending on your original rank). You will still be able to get promoted back up to your original role.
