# Quota

## Overview

* If a staff member is less than one hour below their quota, it will **not** be considered a quota violation. A **warning** will be issued instead.
* Support Staff, Internal Affairs, and Management are required to meet **two separate quotas**.
* If only one of the required quotas is missed, the staff member will receive a warning for their first offense before progressing through the punishment guide.
* If both required quotas are missed during the same cycle, the punishment guide will begin at **two strikes**.

### Offenses

* On your **first offense**, it will result in a **strike**. The strike will begin its expiration period once the staff member successfully meets their quota during the following quota cycle.
* On your **second offense**, you will receive a **termination** if you are **below** the rank of **Senior Moderator**. If you are a **Senior Moderator or above**, you will receive a **demotion**.
* On your **third offense**, you will receive a **termination**, regardless of your rank.
