# Promotions

## Overview

Promotions are earnt based on **performance**, **leadership**, and more. Activity itself does **not** guarantee a promotion. Any form of **hinting promotion** will result in you **not** being promoted, and also receiving a **additional punishment**.

### General Requirements

* Meet all quota requirements **consistently**.
* Minimal to no infractions.
* Demonstrated the ability to maintain **professionalism** and **maturity** in all situations.
* Follows punishment guides and has positive staff feedback.
